Jabiru Bamboo, Ltd. ships from our various warehouses located all over the Globe. We also ship world wide. Some of our items may not correctly work in your country, and that is up to you, the buyer, to understand before you place your order. Please ask us if you do not understand any terms, or technical information regarding the product in your area.
Some of these items are shipped directly from our warehouses located around the world. You may be subject to pay duty on an item that you ordered from one of our overseas warehouses (see the end of TERMS). Most of the time you wont have to but it will be necessary in some cases. We have very reliable international shipping that you can track.
All Items (except custom made clothing) have a 5 day return policy . Contact us within 5 days to get an RMA for returns. Do not make any returns before obtaining this RMA#. All items return without this RMA# will be subject to refusal and possibly void the return.
If you ordered the wrong item, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
Most items are covered by a 1 year warranty, directly from the manufacture. If an item fails due to manufacture defects and not misuse, contact us and we will furnish warranty information if it wasn't included in the original shipment.
In what situations are returns NOT offered to customers?
The customer is solely responsible for choosing the right product, including for example the "correct" desired memory capacity; color; screen size; digital tv format; GSM Cell Phone band; NTSC/PAL color region - as all of these are unique SKUs on Chinavasion.com - We will send you exactly what you order, so please read descriptions before purchasing.
Important Note: All dresses and custom made clothing are Non-Returnable! These are custom made to your specs and can not be returned. Please make sure you provide all the proper measurements and Color Choices. Since these are custom made, please expect at least 2-4 weeks beore receiving your custm tailored dress or gown.
If you have any question, as to sizing, color, please ask FIRST! We will get back to you ASAP with the any additional information or answers to your questions.
In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout.
